摘要
When suturing surgical defects with exuberant adipose tissue, deep (dermal) sutures often become encased in the adipose tissue, creating an obstruction to approximating the wound edges. In addition, throwing surgeon’s knots can be complicated by binding of the adipose tissue to the suture thread, obstructing a reliably secure knot. 1 Miller C.J. Antunes M.B. Sobanko J.F.
