摘要

Comprehensive genomic panel(CGP) was approved by Japanese insurance and it is gradually expanding. However, these panel could order from core hospital to affiliated hospital, and several center hospitals did not link with affiliated hospital including our institutes. For development of regional precision medicine in malignancies, we made several attempts. In this study, we introduce our attempts and discussed further problems in rural.
