摘要

new lactam, 5-hydroxy-1-[(4-hydroxyphenyl)methyl]-2-pyrrolidinone (1), was isolated from the ethyl acetate extract of Cannabis sativa L. The structure was established by spectroscopic analyses, including 1D and 2D NMR ( 1 H, 13 C, COSY, HMBC, HSQC) and EI-MS, and comparison with the data of known analogs.
