摘要

•M. alcaliphilum 20Z produced 3HB and PHB from methane and xylose.•The highest titer of 3HB produced is 334.52 ± 2 mg/L under methanotrophic condition.•20ZX-PHB-T7 produced 1.29 ± 0.08% PHB in one-stage cultivation.•This is the first demonstration of the PHB production in type 1 methanotroph.
