•Metabolomics identified biological pathways and metabolites perturbed by chlorpyrifos exposures among pregnant women in Thailand.•Perturbations in tryptophan, fatty acid, CYP450, glutathione, and vitamin B3 metabolisms associated with chlorpyrifos exposures.•25 metabolic features confirmed at level 1 confidence.•Pathways and metabolites mostly involved in inflammation, oxidative stress, neural development, and cellular damage and repair.
