A Rare Case of Nonexpulsive Total Iridodialysis.

An 87-year-old pseudophakic man presented with hyphema, total iridodialysis, and vitreous hemorrhage after cranioencephalic trauma caused by a fall. After 4 weeks, he had reabsorption of the vitreous hemorrhage, hyphema, and maintained perfect centration of the intraocular lens without pseudophacodonesis. No evidence of iris remnants was found in the posterior segment or the ocular surface. Therefore, it is likely that the iris was, at least partially, expulsed through the prior cataract wound, which then self-sealed.
