摘要
•Short-term PM10 and PM2.5 exposures were associated with increased concentrations of plasmatic EVs.•Increased Sync-1 + EV levels were associated with the plasmatic decrease of the circulating endothelial dysfunction biomarker sVCAM-1.•The EV-miRNA dysregulated in response to both PM10 and PM2.5 exposures exhibited putative roles in inflammation, gestational hypertension, and pre-eclampsia.
