Stretchable, self-healing, transparent macromolecular elastomeric gel and PAM/carrageenan hydrogel for self-powered touch sensors

A simple one-pot polymerization method was used to synthesize glycerin and hydroxyethyl cellulose elastomer (GHEC) and PAM/carrageenan hydrogel which were further used to prepare a sandwich structured self-healing and self-powered triboelectric nanogenerator (SS-TENG) for touch sensing array. The prepared SS-TENG with good flexibility and high transparency is possible to develop as a new generation of self-powered flexible screen sensors.
