Risk Blocking Strategies for Urban Power Grids Considering Social-Informational-Physical Risks

Zhejiang is a demonstration area of high quality development and common prosperity, as well as a provincial demonstration area of new power system with renewable energy as the main body.Ensuring the security of urban power supply is the primary task of maintaining urban security.At present, the operational risk of urban power grid is presenting a complex situation of information-physics-society coupling. Once the risk transmission of butterfly effect is initiated, serious consequences may be induced.Based on the current situation of zhejiang urban power grid construction, this paper expounds the existing risks of urban power supply, puts forward the concept of risk conduction chain, and based on the proposed risk chain evolution and transmission theory, gives the corresponding risk blocking scheme, so as to ensure the security of urban power supply.
