•A novel target-free tiny vibration displacement measurement approach is proposed.•It is based on deep learning and motion magnification techniques.•Binocular vision system is used for measuring 3D vibration measurement.•Deep learning techniques are used for key-points detection, matching and tracking.•Experimental and in-field studies are conducted to validate the accuracy.
