摘要
In this article, we present a novel configuration of tin di-selenide (SnSe 2 ) and zinc oxide (ZnO) based surface plasmon resonance (SPR) biosensor for DNA hybridization, urine abnormality, and anemia sensing. The configuration involves the stacked structure of prism (SF-10)/gold (Au)/ZnO/SnSe 2 /PBS. The performance parameters such as sensitivity (S), detection accuracy (DA), and figure of merit (FoM) are investigated at a fixed wavelength of 633 nm. Also, for SnSe 2 the condition of zero chemical potential at room temperature was maintained. The obtained S, DA, and FoM are 153.3182 deg/RIU, 0.604 deg − 1 and 9.15RIU − 1 , respectively.
