摘要
•Tumor-associated macrophages (TAMs) infiltration is obviously increased and closely associated with tumor progression and poor prognosis in renal cell carcinoma (RCC).•TAMs significantly promoted RCC cells migration, invasion and epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT).•TAMs promote migration, invasion and EMT via activating IL-6/STAT3 signaling in RCC.
