摘要

•Self-polymerization of dopamine in an alkaline solution containing DMSN can form polydopamine films on the surface of the DMSN pores.•Polydopamine-coated DMSN can deliver lactate oxidase to achieve efficient elimination of lactic acid in tumors by cascade catalysis.•Lactic acid depletion coordinated with photothermal therapy can stimulate the immune system for inhibiting the tumor metastasis.
