Indoor 220GHz Channel Measurements and Analysis

In this paper, a related time domain THz channel sounding method is proposed. In the experiment, the carrier frequency is 216 GHz and the measurement bandwidth is 5GHz. Vector Network Analyzer is used to collect impulse response of indoor environment and analyze the characteristics of channel propagation in path gain and delay. The measurement result shows that the path loss is greater than the free space at most frequency points, and there is no significant multipath effect in the measurement due to the high directivity of the horn antenna.
