Preliminary Study on the Non-thermal Effects of CTFEL Irradiation on B16 Tumor Cells and Tissues

Based on the CTFEL equipment, the non-thermal biological effects of strong field terahertz waves on B16 tumor cells and tissues were preliminarily studied by in-vitro and in-vivo experiments. The results of in-vitro experiments show that the death rate of B16 cells is related to the irradiation time and frequency. The results of in-vivo experiments show that strong field terahertz waves can inhibit the growth of tumor tissues.
