摘要
•Amyloidoma is a mass lesion form by amyloid proteins.•Meckel’s cave amyloidomas rarely involve cranial nerves other than CN V.•We present a patient with Meckel’s amyloidoma affecting CN V and CN VII.•The lateral transorbital approach allows minimally invasive access to the middle cranial fossa, cavernous sinus, and Meckel’s cave.
