摘要

One new phenylpropanoid-substituted flavan-3-ol, named longifoin A, together with five known compounds, was isolated from the aerial part of Mentha longifolia. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectral analysis, including 1D and 2D NMR and electronic circular dichroism calculations. Compound 1 significantly inhibited nitric oxide production in lipopolysaccharide induced RAW 264.7 cells.
