摘要

We herein reported the general and facile synthesis of diffferently substituted quinazolinones by using ortho ester as C1 synthon and CF3COOH as the catalyst under solvent-free conditions. That represents one of the most mild, practical and user-friendly methodologies with easy-separation procedure.
