Identification analysis and traceability application of food in key fields based on artificial intelligence

The comprehensive informatization of social coordination and individual participation will promote the intellectualization of food safety management, the scientization of management means and the modernization of management ability. It is an effective way to better supervise and urge the main bodies in key fields to standardize their operations and ensure food safety.
