摘要
When there is a power blackout in a large regional grid due to a serious accident, the black-start scheme should be taken in order to quickly restore the power supply to important loads to guarantee less economic losses and ensure social stability. Black-start is the last defense of the power system safety, thus it's of great significance to develop a reasonable black-start scheme for speeding up the recovery process and reducing the accident loss after the blackout. A reliable black-start initial path plays an important role in ensuring the successful establishment of the initial system, which lays a solid foundation in increasing the black-start successful rate and shortening the black-start time and reducing the power outage loss. Bus the recent researches at home and abroad, which focus on black-start, inclined to judge whether the scheme can achieve a great performance not to guarantee black-start successfully. Therefore, this paper proposes a stability verification method for initial paths in power grid black-start subsystem construction, concluding frequency and voltage stability, small disturbance verifications in establishing the subsystem, to select out reliable black-start initial paths which could ensure the successful establishment of the initial system.
