Engineering education research involves scholars from a variety of disciplinary backgrounds and geographic locations who converge in the process of peer reviewing. These individuals apply their professional knowledge to assess the quality and transformative potential of manuscripts. Reviewing manuscripts for publication is a critical means of building knowledge, forming professional identity as well as internalizing high standards of scientific research. In 2021, JEE received 447 new manuscripts submitted by authors from 60 different countries. Authors receive feedback on their manuscripts through the tireless work of the associate editors and nearly 400 reviewers. Listed here are those individuals who have reviewed at least one manuscript for JEE in 2021. Many thanks to all reviewers for their professional service to the engineering education research community! Special thanks to those reviewers who participated in the JEE Mentored Reviewer Program in 2021 as *mentors or **mentees.
