摘要
To the Editor: Inadequate transportation is a significant barrier to health care for many Americans.1 Patients with skin cancer require reliable transportation to reach health care facilities for various aspects of their medical care, including primary tumor resection, adjuvant therapy, treatment of comorbidities (eg, chemotherapy-induced alopecia), participation in clinical trials, and surveillance.2,3 However, the prevalence of transportation insecurity among patients with skin cancer is poorly characterized.
