摘要
•The as-cast Al0.3CoCrFeNiCu HEA was cold-rolled and subsequent annealed.•The strength-ductility synergy of Al0.3CoCrFeNiCu HEA was achieved.•Recrystallization occurred in as-rolled alloy after holding 1000 °C for 5 mins (CRR).•L12 ordered phase was precipitated in CRR alloy after holding 600 °C for 10 h.•The fine grains and discrete L12 precipitates contributed to the strength-ductility synergy.
