Postural abnormalities in Asian and Caucasian Parkinson's disease patients: A multicenter study

•PD patients with axial PA were more often male, older, with longer disease duration.•Axial PA prevalence is not different among Caucasian and Asian PD patients.•Caucasian patients with PA were older and with a longer disease duration than Asian ones.•Asian PD patients tend to develop PA earlier than Caucasian.•AC may present earlier in Asian patients but is more severe in Caucasian ones.
