摘要
High-temperature dielectrics for capacitive energy storage are highly desirable in modern electronic systems. However, the energy storage capability of most emerging polymers decreases quickly at increased temperatures. Here, linear poly(acrylonitrile butadiene styrene) (ABS) with high-temperature resistance and low dielectric loss was chosen as the matrix, and poly(vinylidene fluoride) (PVDF) was added to enhance the dielectric displacement. It could be found that the composites possessed excellent temperature stability in terms of the dielectric and energy storage properties from room temperature to 100 degrees C, and ultrahigh discharged energy density (U-discharged) and high efficiency (75.8%) were simultaneously achieved at 100 degrees C. An excellent U-discharged of 11.42 J cm(-3) for PVDF/ABS-40% was achieved at 100 degrees C under 425 MV m(-1), which was 83.3% higher than that of ABS films. These values could match or be higher than previously reported values for high-temperature capacitor applications.
