摘要
•Tunable rheological properties are significant outcomes of this work by PTFE.•Nano-fibrillation of PTFE improves foamability and mechanical performance of PS.•PTFE nanofibers increase cell density and decrease cell size from 103 to 10 μm.•PTFE nanofibers enhance fire retarding properties by preventing dripping.•The proposed PS foam offers high compressive strength, 2.6 MPa.
