P-166: High-Efficiency and Long-Lifetime Green Phosphorescence Organic Light-Emitting Diodes

Three novel green phosphorescent iridium complexes OP-01, OP-02, and OP-09 have been successfully synthesized and characterized. By using these materials, we demonstrated the high efficiency OLED devices. The best efficiency was achieved for device using OP-01 as the dopant, exhibiting 88.1 cd/A current efficiency, 84.2 lm/W power efficiency and 25.2% EQE at 1000 cd/m2. Moreover, when using co-host device structure, OP-01 shows a long-lifetime of LT50 = 100,000 hours for an initial luminance of 1000 nits.
