摘要

•Indolium-hemicyanine based fluorescent probe Hcy-Im is synthesized.•Hcy-Im responds to HSO3− most quickly with the lowest detection limit.•Hcy-Im responds to CN− and HS− with moderate speeds and detection limits.•Hcy-Im responds to ClO− most slowly with the highest detection limit.•Endogenous HSO3−, HS− and ClO− may interfere the application of Hcy-Im in vivo.
