•Type of research: Single-center, retrospective study•15 patients underwent IBE combined with FEVAR with 100% technical success.•Major adverse events were seen in 33.3% of patients.•1 type 1C endoleak at the internal iliac branch was seen at 14 months follow-up.•Take home message: IBE can be safely combined with FEVAR.
