Heterogeneous Graph Modeling and Visualization for Cyber Asset Management.

With the development of information technology, businesses and individuals have access to some cyber assets that are usually correlated with each other. Therefore, analyzing cyber assets and their connections becomes the basis for effective cyber asset management. In this paper, we summarize some typical cyber assets and their connections from real-world cyber asset datasets and propose a heterogeneous graph model composed by different type of nodes and edges to describe them. Then, we design a graph layout method to visualize the cyber asset. Finally, two datasets of different scales demonstrate our method can help users to manage cyber assets effectively.
