Intelligent technology based augmented reality system

The present invention provides an augmented reality system of a manufacturing site based on intelligent cognition technology to improve productivity and increase work efficiency at a plant and an industrial site. The augmented reality system of a manufacturing site based on intelligent cognition technology comprises: augmented reality glasses which have an imaging camera embedded therein and worn by a site worker to acquire real image information of a site, and display an augmented guide on a transparent display; a tabletop to display the real image information on a touch screen in an augmented reality remote support mode, and sense indication item information and hand motion information indicated by a remote experts in an upper space of the touch screen to transmit the hand motion information and the indication item information to a server; and the server (300) to relay data between the augmented reality glasses and the tabletop, and match coordinates to display the augmented guide corresponding to the hand motion information and the indication item information at respective positions of real objects of the real image information to supply the coordinates to the augmented reality glasses in real time. In an augmented reality site mode, the augmented reality glasses receive an operating state and a past maintenance history of each real object of the real image information from the server to display the operating state and the past maintenance history as the augmented guide on the transparent display. In an augmented reality manual generation mode, the augmented reality glasses photograph an operating image of a process in which a user operates the real objects of the real image information to transmit the operating image to the server. In an augmented reality manual execution mode, the augmented reality glasses arrange the operating image in augmented reality to match the operating image as a virtual object of the augmented guide to the real objects to display the operating image.
