摘要

•49 TmAP2/ERF were identified from Taxus × media.•The B5 subgroup members of Taxus were firstly reported in the study.•The 49 TmAP2/ERF can respond to cold and hormone treatments in varying degrees.•This study is helpful for Taxol biosynthesis in the future.
