An unsupervised domain adaptation approach for change detection and its application to deforestation mapping in tropical biomes

•We propose a new domain adaptation approach for change detection based on the CycleGAN model.•To the best of our knowledge, ours id the first work to address unsupervised DA for change detection.•We evaluate the approcah over three different sites in the Amazon and Brazilian Cerrado biomes.
