摘要

•F-and-Ga co-doped ZnO (FGZO) films were investigated by experimental and theoretical methods.•High hall mobility, low resistivity and wide spectral transmittance FGZO films were deposited on glass substrates.•Good performance of FGZO film shows that FGZO films have wide application prospects in high-efficiency solar cells.
