The special database the paper proposes is based on CALIS (China Academic Library & Information System) framework. It is to provide the targeted, convenient characteristic information resource service for the researchers working in local characteristic resource. The special database widely builds the obtaining channels of characteristic resources information, deeply searches for all kinds of information resource and systematically reveals the history, humanities, the nature and ecological aspects of local characteristic resources.
