摘要
The increasing comorbidity of cardiological and neurological diseases is mainly based on vascular processes with ischemic damage of the brain or heart tissue. They require a highly specialised acute treatment (Chest/Stroke Unit). Secondary prevention is often identical except of stroke prevention by anticoagulation in cardiac disease (e.g. AF). Long QTc syndromes caused by interaction of neuro-psychiatric drugs are frequent and underestimated with regard to their impact. Neuropsychological deficits are underdiagnosed in cardiac patients especially after CRP and multiple (silent) strokes.
