New Individualized Task-Oriented Professional E-Learning Courses

In the framework of the necessary partnership between Higher Education and Industry and, as a derived part of the Internet-based Performance Support System with Educational Elements concept, we have put into place, for the first time, an individualized, task-oriented, performance-centered online network, implementing the DIPSEIL (Distributed Internet-based Performance Support Environment for Individualized Learning) model. We have proved the network with different groups of students in our University, getting some good and interesting results that confirm us in the idea of extending the model for different kind of groups of students, academic and professional ones. The results also suggest the next direction we must take into account, in the pore technical background plane and in the conceptual class of courses it is possible to build.
