Web-Based Negotiation In Dynamic E-Commerce Environment

As the E-commerce environment becomes more pervasive and dynamic, negotiations between companies are required more frequently than ever. Firstly, we proposed the distributed system used a J2EE technology based multi-layer architecture as well as the vision of E-commerce and its model. Secondly, give the definition and function of negotiation., include the architecture, execution, and control of negotiation. At the same time analyze the business process perspective and develop system to support automation of business-to-business (B2B). In the end, present a model of web-based service for negotiation and analyze the running prooess.
