The lunar relay satellite provides the necessary communication support for the multi-spacecraft control requirements of the lunar farside exploration mission. The control of multiple lunar exploration spacecraft and the communication satellite are mutually influenced. In this paper, the cooperative control methods of multi-spacecraft and lunar relay satellite are studied, in order to solve the problem of multi-spacecraft mutual constraints control based on lunar relay satellite. The strategy of main and auxiliary control sequences and scheduling algorithm are designed to decouple the strong constraints of multi-spacecraft cooperative control. The simulation results show that this method can realize cooperative control for not less than 10 spacecrafts and 1 lunar relay satellite, and can support parallel scheduling for not less than 10 main and auxiliary control sequences. The response time of scheduling commands is less than 1 second.
