The invention discloses high temperature resistance microwave equipment and a production method of thin-layer two-dimensional materials. The high temperature resistance microwave equipment comprises a feeding unit, a microwave processing unit, a discharging collection unit and a material transport mechanism. The material transport mechanism comprises a high temperature conveying belt which is continuously arranged among the feeding unit, the microwave processing unit and the discharging collection unit and continuously penetrates through the microwave processing unit and the high temperature conveying belt is formed by high temperature resistance fabrics which are formed by materials which have no response to microwaves and cannot absorb the microwaves. The production method of the thin-layer two-dimensional materials comprises processing the thin-layer two-dimensional materials through the high temperature resistance microwave equipment to obtain target products. The high temperature resistance microwave equipment has the advantages of being simple in structure, high in temperature resistance, enabling production to be automatic and continuous for a long time and being safe and reliable and stable in performance. The production method of the thin-layer two-dimensional materials has the advantages of being easy to achieve, high-efficiency and rapid, low in cost, beneficial to large-scale production and capable of effectively promoting industrialization process and application of the two-dimensional materials.
