摘要
The invention discloses a naturally patterned single-layered copper selenide two-dimensional atomic crystal material and a preparation method thereof. According to the method, a high-purity selenium atom is evaporated and deposited onto a copper single crystal substrate in an ultra-high vacuum environment, or the high-purity selenium atom and a copper atom are co-deposited on another substrate toobtain a sample, then after the sample is heated to a growth temperature, the sample is subjected to annealing treatment, so as to form the naturally patterned single-layered copper selenide two-dimensional atomic crystal material. The novel two-dimensional material of graphene-like structure expands the research field of a bi-component two-dimensional honeycomb crystal material, and has relatively high scientific research value and wide application potential.
