A 5-month-old girl presented with failure to thrive, pulmonary hypertension, and a meandering intraparenchymal right pulmonary vein (PV), which continued as a confluence of the right upper and lower pulmonary veins (Figure 1, yellow), crossing the midline, and draining into the left atrium with a discrete stenosis at the connection. 1 Tsitouridis I.
