摘要
Exercise is an essential activity of the human body in daily life, and the lower limbs are inseparable from human movement. The joints of the lower limbs are relatively fragile and their internal structure is relatively complex. They bear most of the body\u0027s weight and are the pivot of the lower limbs. Due to the heavy activity, this part usually causes injuries due to industrial production and accidental injuries. In daily life, the stimulation of the knee joint by walking is the largest of all external stimuli. The knee joint is prone to damage during walking, which may cause related diseases. The study of the biomechanics of the lower limbs has had a positive impact on the understanding of the mechanical behavior of the joints, as well as the mechanism of the internal organization of the knee joint. In recent years, the study of human lower limb mechanics has gradually become a popular research direction in rehabilitation and mechanics. With the widespread use of images and computers, human knee joint models established through the use of software are increasingly used in research. On the one hand, wearable sensors and actuators play a role in the muscle contraction of patients; on the other hand, it reduces the requirements of motor and power supply. Smaller motor and power supply can be selected to reduce energy consumption and improve portability and wear resistance of the whole mechanism. The combination of wearable sensors and actuators is designed to help patients with foot drop walking and rehabilitation training. Helping patients with walking difficulties to adapt to daily life is an important research direction in medical rehabilitation, which has more important social value.
