Emotional intelligent chatting engine

An emotional intelligent chatting engine is provided. The invention discloses a chatting engine which can carry out emotional intelligent chats and conversations with a client device user. The user chatting answers and surrounding environment data are analyzed in order to respectively detect the user emotion state and the surrounding environment. A series of answer selector assemblies identify or generate possible chatting answers to the user chatting sentences based on the detected user emotion state and the environment. The emotional intelligent chatting answers are selected to be shown to the user based on the possibility of that the calculated answers are likely to change or maintain the user emotion state. By means of the technology provided by the invention, the chatting engine customizes an answer to a user conversation in dependence on the detected user emotion state.
