摘要

•Pt/CoFeB/Ru/CoFeB Multilayers were proved good hosters of magnetic skyrmions for small Ru thicknesses.•Reversal magnetization of these multilayers was investigated.•Skyrmions were shown to be nucleated during the reversal process.
