摘要
The multiband compatible stealth is greatly desired to the military equipment on the battlefield. A three-slit-box-cavity structured surface deposited with SiO

film, on which the nanorods array is placed, is proposed for compatible stealth within infrared band of 3-5um, 8-14um and laser bands of 1.06um, 10.6um. The spectral properties of the structured surface are simulated by FDTD method. The effects of geometry parameters on the spectral properties of the structured surface are discussed. The results reveal that the three-slit-box-cavity structured surface possesses amazing spectral stealth properties in the infrared bands of atmospheric window as well as laser bands. This indicates that the three-slit-box-cavity structured surface can be the good candidate for the multiband compatible stealth.
