One-pot Synthesis of 2D SnS2 Nanorods with High Energy Density and Long Term Stability for High-Performance Hybrid Supercapacitor

摘要
•2D SnS2 was successfully synthesized via a facile hydrothermal route for hybrid supercapacitor applications.•A specific capacitance of 270 F g−1 at 10 mVs−1 and excellent cycling stability (9% capacitance loss after 8000 repeated CV cycles) were achieved.•An HSC based on 2D SnS2//rGO as positive and negative electrodes operating in a wide and stable potential window up to 1.6 V in 1 M NaOH electrolyte.•A high specific capacitance of 108 F g−1 were achieved at a high energy density of 34.7 Wh kg−1 at a maximum power density of 3.6 kW kg−1.
