摘要
This paper mainly discusses how the inclinometer be used on the Tianma 65-meter radio telescope of Shanghai Astronomical Observatory (TM65 m) to help to improve the pointing accuracy. Firstly, the model and installation of the inclinometer are described. Then, the difference of pointing errors between day and night is introduced, after be compared with the data of the inclinometer, the tilt of the mount caused by the thermal gradient is considered as the source. After that, the data is tried to be used to compensate the difference. Moreover, the unevenness of the track is measured by the inclinometer, according to the characteristics of TM65 m, "the track unevenness of different elevation" is acquired, the data are separated from the pointing model. The improvement of accuracy of pointing model is described.
