Time-domain Steady-state Analysis of Phase-shifted Full-bridge Series Resonant Converter with Light Load

This paper presents an accurate time-domain steady-state analysis(TDA) of the phase-shifted full-bridge series resonant converter(PSSRC) with light load. The nonlinear equations of the steady-state with discontinuous current mode(DCM) are derived. The numerical results of voltage gain, resonant current and voltage are also analyzed and calculated. Then, the results are compared with the solutions of the fundamental harmonic analysis (FHA). The simulation shows that the accuracy of the time-domain analysis is greatly improved comparing the traditional fundamental wave method.
