摘要
•Identification of 19 Gb3 biomarkers in plasma extracts was performed by HPTLC-MS•HPTLC-UV densitometry was coupled to MS through an automated based interface•Saturated, methylated and unsaturated Gb3 species were identified by ESI and APCI-MS.•Saturated Gb3 species in Fabry's plasma were in higher concentration than in control.•Interface positioning precision provided information on Gb3 chromatographic widening.
